Hari ni ade orang dah balik..ape lagi, tunggu present masing-masing la..hehe. And yang paling penting keluarga kat sana okay semua. Alhamdulillah….;D
Actually dah berapa tong choc dah selamat masuk dalam perut we all. Dengan yang mak bawak balik dulu tu, dengan K.Da dok antar balik lagi, ni pulak! Adusss! G.E.M.O.X.
Kak ti, kite nyer present tak leh la nak tayang kat sini kan..too sexy.…hahaha..!!! Rasanyer mak bawak ari tu lagi ntah macam-macam lagi kot.... Shopping kat sane memang tak hengat dunia! ingat akhirat jer...hehe . Tapi ingat, boycott certain product tu tetap boycott!
Mase baru-baru sampai, they had 1 nite stay @ Liverpool, Sonya’s house (Emmet’s elder sis). Emmet’s family ni memang duk kat neighbourhood rumah aku. Tu yang zaman diaorang jamming underground, they all main kat ATRIA tu jer... (actually ni pun aku baru tau..haha). Coincidentally plak, Sonya’s hubby mase kecik-kecik main bola ngan Abg Pa gak. So ni kire jejak kasih la balik. Mane taknyer, they have been staying there for almost 18 years. Memang haram la nak jumpe kan.
Sekarang ni plak, si Akif demam pasal abah dia dah balik sini. Nangis jer. Selama sebulan ni, dia rapat jap ngan abah dia, tu yang sedey sangat tu. Tapi ni baru lepas 3G ngan kitaorang, okay jek. Happy rilek je dia. Sampai orang lain pun tak leh masuk kat camera tu la, muke dia jer. Adei….confius aku budak ni.
Akif sama school ngan Iman. Tapi Akif masuk lambat sket dari Iman. Balik jer same timing – 3pm. Mase mula-mula, nangis je la pakcik tu. Sekarang dah ok. Masuk klas kul 12pm, kul 10am dah ready dah nak pegi. Alhamdulillah, school & mosque dekat ngan umah. Walking distance jer sebab ade shortcut. Tiap-tiap kali nak gi school, mesti teruna-teruna tu nak menyinggah kedai beli chips/chewing gum. Dah biase kan, kat sini tiap-tiap pagi before abah dia gi keje, dia akan make sure dia pau abah dia kat 7e. Uuhh! Mengado! Akif dah ade african fren, Siba (presumed spelling..haha). Sekarang ni, bile sampai school je, baru lepas abah/mama gantung coat dia kat hanger, zaasssss dia dah hilang dah. Peerggh, tak sabar-sabar nak jumpe kawan nak main..hehe.
akif nak gi school...water tumbler tu baru beli. dia kan liverpool fan. eja tak tau. tapi kalau tengok lambang liverpool, dia kenal.
Iman lak happy giler dah gi school. Iman start class kul 10am. So far, teacher dia bagi yellow card to the parents. It means, “Im proud with Iman’s behaviour at school”. Colour lain maksud lain plak. Besides that, he was commented by his teacher as 1 of the most participative students in the class (dalam class dia ade 18 students jer). Suruh buat ape jer dia buat. Walaupun dia main blasah jer kan. Coz kat sini cara pendidikan kiter macam tu. Students tak pandai nak object teacher’s say. Budak-budak kat sane lak, penakut nak try certain-certain benda ni. Hehe.. tak semena-mena kembang idung si Iman.
As a beginner, Iman which has zero basic in music, dia kena main violin. Bengkek jer mat tu coz kalau ikut dia, dia nak main drum. Kat sane kena blaja main violin dulu (coz it has 4 strings), then followed by guitar (6 strings), drum & piano (aku pun tak sure betul ke tak sequence aku ni..huhu). Another exciting fact is that they have cooking lessons which benda yang paling Iman tak pernah buat la kan.. Everytime they have this class, again parents/guardian MUST come as they will have to taste their kid’s cooking after that. Hhmm..cool ek! Tapi kalau mak bapak tu ceret beret, kire halal je la yer…;p After this 1-week school break, iman has to bake cupcakes. His Opah & Tok Abah (they might be staying for 6 months or more) will be there insyaAllah as his mama already had her class started, while the abah is no longer there…ala sian lak Iman. Never mind my macho guy, I know ur gonna bake the ‘sedap’est cupcakes in town! Yeah!
Lunch kat school, tak de problem. They have specific menus for moslem students. Infact, their diets are properly taken care of. Every meal served must have balanced nutritients starting from the appertizer, to the main course, and to the desserts. Lets say, if they serve fish, chips, potato & fruits with milk/juice as their menu, they will have a list of ….. contained in each of the foods – Fish (xxx cholestrol, xxx fat, xxx energy, xxx sugar) and it goes down till the end of the list. Ade skali tu teacher dia tanye kat Opah;
“How many times do these kids are served with junk foods?”
Opah jawab jujur rr & of course CONFIDENT!…"Everyday.”
The teacher quickly replied, “No. It must be only twice a week.” Pastu dia tanya lagi, “Do u fry or u boil their foods?”
Again Opah jadi jujur lagi, “Fry.”
Apo laie, kono lagi la…hehe. “No, u don’t fry their foods. U have to boil it. Kids supposed to eat oil-free foods. So do u slit the chicken’s skin?"
Kali ni pun jujur, “Yes, of course”.
“Good”. Aaahhh….! Finally she agrees with Opah. Haha….
FYI, parents are VERY WELL informed about their kid’s progress. To send kids to school, it doesn’t stop when the kid got out of the car. Instead, they have to enter the school building and walk their kids until they reach the classroom. Balik pulak, the kids must inform their teacher that their parents are already here to pick them up. And should there anything that the parents must be told to, the teacher will straight away sees them. Everyday, comments/letters from the school will be given to the parents/guardian. Kalau student sakit or whatever reason tak gi school, parents/guardian must inform the teacher earliest possible. Or else, the teacher can make a police report takut ade budak hilang, mati, abused or ape-ape je la sebab lain.
Parents/guardians are expected to give 110% participation. Meaning attendance is compulsory. Kalau tak participate, akan dapat another letter pulak from the school. Fuh! Jangan main-main!
Citer K.Da plak, most probabily she’ll be staying with K.Rita since Markfield Institute & Bristol University (it’s a twinning programme) not that far with K.Rita’s uni. Anwar’s boarding school je la jauh sket. So everytime Anwar has a weekend break, and if he were to go back after Friday prayer, K.Da has to go down to London a day before. Spend a nite there on friday, then pick Anwar up at his school, pastu patah balik ke Sheffield. Letih sket la. Bukan ape, naik bas memang lama. Cube kalau drive sendiri, sokojap yo..
ni kat yard blakang rumah..snow sangat tebal. infact the worst in 18 years. ni pun dah habis kena lenyek guling-guling ngan monster2 baju hijau & biru tu.
In April, Abg Pa will be visiting them again as they are going to Milan & maybe other places as well as anak Mak Cha’ yang kejer air force tu is going back to M’sia for good sumwhere in August this year. Dengar citer, barang-barang dapur diaorang dah di’chop’ dan akan di’songglap’ oleh K.Rita as what we did to their house now… huhu…
Guyz, our prayers are for u. Mom & i will see u by the end of the year, insyaAllah. Yeay! Winter time!
